- Add the whole milk and the milk powder to a havy bottomed pan. Bring just to the boil and add the saffron and cardamon powder and the sugar. Stir until dissolved and then simmer or 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool and add the nuts and fruit.
- I use a refrigerating ice-cream maker. It takes about 1 hour to make perfect ice cream.
- Freeze and serve with waffers.
