Lemon and Thyme Stuffing

Ingredients 4 oz Breadcrumbs
  2 oz Shreaded suet eg Atora
  2 tbs Parsley
  1 tbs Thyme
    salt and pepper
    milk
  1 egg
  rind and juice 1 or 2 lemons

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients together.  Spin the lemon juice, egg and a little milk together and then add to the dry ingredients.  Mix together to form a ball.

Stuff the bird but remember to allow additional cooking time for the stuffing.
