Cornflake buns



  • 250g of chocolate patissier
  • 125g of butter
  • 500g of cornflakes 
  • 8 tbsp of Golden Syrup


  1. Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in the saucepan over a low heat or briefly in the microwave.
  2. Allow to cool a little before pouring over the cornflakes.
  3. Put into bun or cupcake papers and allow to cool.  Use a refrigerator if the room is warm.
  4. Eat quickly before the children eat them all.
