Malt Loaf using Ovaltine

  2 cups Self Raising Flour
  0.5 cups Sugar
  2 tbs Ovaltine
  1 tbs Golden Syrup
  pinch Salt
  1 Cup Mixed Dried Fruit
  1 Cup Milk


Mix all the ingredients together, place in a loaf tin and bake for 1½ to 2 hours at 130C to 140C cover after 1 hour with greaseproof paper.
