Oat Crumble Mix



  • 100g plain flour
  • 75g butter
  • 50g rolled oats, I use Quaker Oats
  • 100g Demerara sugar


  1. Blend the flour and butter until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs
  2. Add the sugar and oats and mix well.

Use the mixture on top of apples, rhubarb, plums, damsons etc to make a delicious crumble.

Bake at 200C 400F Gas 6 for 45 minutes or until the crumble is crisp and browning
