Farnsfield Parish Council

The most local level of Government in Farnsfield is the 11 member Farnsfield Parish Council. 

Unfotunately Parish Councils in the UK have very few powers but are a useful starting point for anyone needing the help of local or national government.  Here is a link to the Farnsfield Parish Council Web Site.  You will find the Council minutes and its newsletter.  The Parish Council runs the Farnsfield Village Centre on New Hill, The Memorial Recreation Ground, The Acres and Wilsons Field and is also responsible for maintaining the Church Clock.
